Superficial marking > Insta Mark and Auto Mark
1/ DESCRIPTION
The INSTA MARK are quick-drying self-inking dies which allow you to obtain clear and precise markings on non-porous surfaces.
They are particularly adapted to test marking.
The "Insta Mark" technology allows the use of quick drying inks thanks to the use of an air tight casing. Non porous surfaces can also be marked without needing a separate inker.
In addition, the patented casing provides the possibility to make micro adjustments to the pressure on the die .They enable the die to be applied where necessary.
In this way the marking is never too heavy nor too light.
They can be refilled with ink after 1000-2000 markings.
2/ INSTA MARK 126
This is the most standard model. It features micro adjustments.
Printing area: maxi diameter 11.4 mm
The designs can be chosen from the standard ones shown below or can be totally personalised.
This die can be used automatically with the AUTO MARKER machine.
Colours : black, blue, red, green, purple, white and UV.

3/ INSTA MARK 116
Its small diameter enables you to mark in the most difficult areas
It features micro adjustments.
Diameter of the print head : 9.4 mm
The designs can be chosen from the standard ones shown above or can be totally personalised.
This die can be used automatically with the AUTO MARKER machine.
Colours: black, blue, red, green, purple and UV.
4/ INKS
INSTA MARK INK:
Can be applied on :
All non-porous or semi absorbent surfaces, metals, printed circuits,
Cellophane, photo paper, Mylar, plastic.
Drying time : 30-45 secs.
Characteristics : Indelible to water with excellent adhesion on most supports.
Bears most chemical degreasing agents
Colours : black, blue, red, green, purple, white.
5/ AUTO MARKER
This automatic marking system has a self-capping mechanism: in this way quick-drying ink can be used in automatic processes, without problems of premature drying of the marking dies.
Moreover, a spring loaded detector enables the detection of the pressure applied on the head to determine its return to the starting position. This ensures a clean, clear marking on different thicknesses of material without requiring a vertical setting.
This equipment can be used vertically, horizontally or from bottom to top.
It can be autonomous or fitted into the production line.
