Ink marking contact system.
The ink coders can mark either on moving parts with rollers or on static parts with pneumatic stamping.
They use rubber characters and ink or solidified ink cartridges.

MINI CODER
Compact coder on static parts, can be integrated into all packing machines and industrial applications.
"FAST" HOT INK CODER"
A small compact hot ink print head on static parts. The character support is preheated by being in contact with a hotplate; This ensures a very short start-up period. This material does not require any lubrification which avoids foil contamination.
MERLIN II HOT INK CODER
This is a small compact hot ink coder which can be used on all wrapping or bag manufacturing machines, at low or high speed. The unit is driven by a wheel in contact with the support and a solenoid which starts the marking smoothly.The ink and its characters are situated in their own heating system, which ensures a constant temperature. A fixing support can be supplied on request.
MANUAL ROTARY CODER
Ideal coder for all applications which demand a low cost or for small volumes.
QUICK-DRYING INK ROLL CODER
It’s a coder with an ink for unabsorbent substrate, quick drying, which avoids maintenance problems with this kind of ink.
Fluid ink is provided either by a cartridge, or by an automatic programmable feeding system for the highest consumption.
It exists solidified ink rolls for unabsorbent substrate (black, white, green, red, blue).
The print roll measures 25 mm or 50 mm width for 457 mm perimeter.
RIBBED RUBBER CHARACTERS
The majority of our coders are equipped with a grooved ribbed rubber base on which characters logotypes, logos… can be positioned themselves in ribbed rubber. This ensures a fast positioning of the characters.
