1/ MARKING BY IMPACT MACHINES:

AGICOM,
presents a range of marking by striking (or by impact) machines: these machines provide an efficient, simple, very robust, very quick way of deep-marking steel, stainless steel, plastic parts.


The machines are equipped either with a base and column (for workbenches), controlled manually or pneumatically, or can be integrated into automatic production lines.

- 10 standard models presenting impact force ranging from 0.5 to 10 tonnes.

SETS OF INTERCHANGEABLE CHARACTERS WITH CHARACTER HOLDER BOX:





Set containing 100 characters + 20 quoins from 1 to 10 mm, a character holder box, a six-face male key, a pair of tweezers, a safety handle.

Robust equipment composed of 6 star wheels with 11 divisions (0 to 9 + neuter). Figures from 2-3 -4 mm. Can be used either for striking with a hammer, or for a striking machine.

SIRIUS NUMBERING MACHINE

AUTOMATIC CENTRE PUNCH

 This centre punch saves using a hammer when making regular blows. The blow is provoked by the releasing of a spring following a mere pressing of the centre punch head by the palm of the hand.
The nib is interchangeable with the engraved end fittings
Force: 15 to 35 kg. Optional engraved end-fittings: 2.5 mm high characters: A - Z, 0 - 9, symbols following table.

This equipment ensures a manual engraving similar to using a pen

- Pneumatic engraver: operates under 2 to 8 bars depending on the hardness of the surfaces to be marked.

- Electric Vibroengraver: the vibrations are produced electrically (220 V)

ELECTRIC PEN


This machine allows you to write by sparkling on very hard metals . A transformer transmits the current to the ELECTRIC PEN which has an electrode fitted on it .The part to be marked is conducted by the machine.

These pistols provide a mobile way of swage marking with superior power and quality compared to manual marking with steel stamps.

- S20 PISTOL: pneumatic .Uses character holder boxes and standard interchangeable characters. It is generally suitable for 8 5mm characters (but this depends on the hardness of the material which is to be marked)
- M1 Pistol: Entirely autonomous, it uses cartridges . Very powerful; you can mark 8 characters measuring from 6-12 mm.
