Operating mode:
The REA-JET controller can be fed with data from the input terminal.
From there the print data is transmitted to the connected print heads. The controller drives the opening of the printing head nozzles according to the print text to mark. Then, the ink, which comes from the ink supply, is projected with a light pressure. For this kind of marking, the surface to be marked must be on movement in front of the marking head or the marking head in front of the surface.
Characters sizes:
2 kinds of marking heads are available:
- 7 nozzles: 1 line, character size from 5 to 27 mm.
- 16 nozzles: character size from 5 to 67 mm, 1 or 2 lines (if 2 lines : maxi 27 mm per line).
Ink supplies:
- soit pour encre à colorants : noir, rouge, vert, bleu, invisible détectable aux UV, résistanr aux températures élevées, etc.
- For coloured inks: black, red, green, blue, UV, high temperature resistant...
- For pigmented inks : this kind of inks are particularly useful for marking grey/black surfaces with very good contrast : available in white, yellow, blue, red, green...
Printing possibilities:
- Character orientation: normal , top to bottom , from left to right , from right to left
- Proportional writing
- Overall counter with variable writing width , increasing or decreasing
- Clock with variable calendar
- 2/5 bar codes interlaced , Code 39
- Computer programmable logos
