Definition :
The REA-JET PK coding and marking system is a high resolution ink jet printer for marking texts, logos, bar codes on absorbent surfaces.
It can operate at high speed and is adapted to industrial contexts. Modular conception facilitates integration and maintenance.



Operating mode:
The modular design of this system allows the driving of several marking heads.


Ink supply:
Ink supply unit for 125 ml and 500 ml ink cartridges
Solvent free special inks
The ink cartridges can be changed during the marking procedure


Print possibilities:
3 kinds of marking heads are available : 13, 25 or 48 mm printing possibilities. Printed image can measure from 2,5 mm to 48 mm according to the marking head used. PK controller has been designed especially for the industry needs. It can mark up to 5 text lines per head, logos, graphics, bar codes.
The controller can drive 4 marking heads.
