Inkjet marking is realized by distance ink projection of droplets. These last ones are used to draw characters, designs, logos, or various codes using a displacement (horizontal) of the workpiece in the writing direction.
All inkjet marking machine create, actually, a curtain of drops in one direction (vertical). It is the displacement of the part located in front of the head, or the displacement of the head relative to the workpiece which allows you to draw characters in two directions (vertical + horizontal).
Drops projection and their distribution towards the height of the letter are carried out by different techniques.
- Marking without contact, therefore no exerting force on the support
- Irregular and flexible surfaces marking
- Particularly well suited for displacing product marking, even at high speeds
- Great flexibility because electronics combined to computers can easily handle any type of variable message (no tools related to marking)
Due to its diversity, REA JET range enables the automatic and programmable inkjet marking on practically any support, with varying degrees of high definition.
Big characters (from 5 to 134 mm), easy to use, with ink versions with high contrast (white, yellow,…) All substrates even unabsorbent ones.
